Service charge invoices for the financial year to 31 December 2021 have been agreed with the directors and issued to leaseholders. The charges for 2021 are an overall reduction of 25% on the total charges for 2020 although there is some rebalancing within the various service charge categories in order to eliminate the deficits on individual reserves that were carried forward from previous years. This will also ensure that income is appropriately matched to expenditure under the separate service charge categories.
