Cricklade Road
50 Cricklade Road, Swindon is a development of 30 apartments and two commercial units located in the heart of the Gorse Hill area of Swindon a short walk from the main town centre with amenities such as theatre, cinema, restaurants and department stores. The building stands on the site of the Electra Palace which opened on 26th December 1912. In 1929 it had 867 seats and was renamed the Palace. The Palace Cinema closed on 23rd May 1959 when it changed over to bingo.
The Right To Manage was acquired by members on 22 July 2022 via Cricklade Road RTM Company Ltd. The RTM company have appointed Cricklade Road Management Company to continue management of the site.
All leaseholders are members of Cricklade Road Management Company Limited which is responsible for managing and maintaining the building.
