We are pleased to advise that the Right to Manage was acquired on the 22nd July 2022. Cricklade Road Management Company Limited is already responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the block and will have the right to place insurance from this date.

This right has already saved the leaseholders of the site a total of £3,829.67 compared with the premium charged the freeholder in 2021.

Block Management Ltd (the managing agent) does not accept commission on any services or contracts placed by the company and has therefore been able to negotiate a significant discount.
