Two lights just inside the garage door have been replaced as they were not working. An illuminated emergency exit sign has been removed from the garage above the rear door as that door cannot be used as an exit from the garage. This will have the added benefit of removing the perch for pigeons who were sitting on the sign and defecating on residents as they exited the building through the door.

Three lights in each of the three floors with lift lobby areas have been removed and the nine lights replaced by a single motion sensor-activated LED light on each of the three floors. This will provide better illumination with the lights only being illuminated when required, reducing electricity usage and the carbon footprint of the building.
