The keys to all the communal cupboards and smoke doors throughout the building were not provided by the outgoing managing agents. As all the doors were open in contravention of the building’s fire risk assessment new standard locks were installed and the cupboards and doors secured. In addition to this broken window latches have been repaired throughout the building.
